Our sessions focus on strength, endurance, and teamwork, helping you get real results while training alongside other parents who understand the chaos, the snacks, and the lack of sleep.

Our Classes
Mondays 10am - 11am
Real Strength, build the foundations of true strength. Achieve your first push up, pull ups or simply surviving carrying your kids around because their legs don’t work . Real strength for real life.
Tuesdays 10am - 11am
They say it takes a village to raise a child. Growing Together is all about teamwork. You go I go style. Team up with your new mum best friend or your lil mini me. Fitness for the Family.
Fridays 10am - 11am
Keeping up with your kids is tough. Let’s fix that. High energy , high effort , heart pumping cardio. Keep up with your little speedster. They are not faster than us yet.

Growing Fit - Parent Fitness Classes
Being a parent is demanding, and finding time to exercise can feel almost impossible. Between busy schedules, childcare challenges, and putting everyone else first, your own health often gets pushed aside. Growing Fit is designed to change that by creating a space where parents can train, connect, and bring their kids along.
Growing Fit offers real strength training, endurance and teamwork workouts specifically for parents. The focus is on functional movements that build strength, stability, and energy for everyday life. You don’t need a babysitter or hours of free time to take care of your health, kids are welcome, toys provided and the sessions are designed to fit into busy family life.
When you come to Growing Fit, you get effective strength and core training that helps improve posture, build resilience, and increase overall fitness. The workouts are simple, practical, and scalable so parents of all fitness levels can participate. You also gain something just as important: a supportive community of parents who understand the realities of raising kids and trying to look after yourself at the same time.
